I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being quite near the city center and close to the airport. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a spacious shower. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The swimming pool was also fantastic, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The WiFi connection was a bit weak and needs improvement.

Warm welcome, well-equipped rooms. Access to sports facilities and pool after long drive. Vast breakfast selection, even for picky eaters. Exceptional customer service at reception, a true gem. All staff in pool, restaurant, and reception were outstanding.

This hotel surpassed our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional - we got so much for what we paid. The prices were reasonable and affordable, making it an ideal choice for families on a budget. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and aircon for those hot summer nights. Additionally, the location was perfect - situated in a quiet area on the edge of the city, we were able to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay while still being within reach of Krakow's city centre. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. Not only did they offer a wide variety of options, but we were also able to request a warm dish on demand, which made for a satisfying start to our day. The presence of many fruits added a refreshing and healthy touch to the meal.
No improvements necessary - everything about this hotel was just right.
